1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rathore Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services.
2. Services
Rathore Studio provides web design, web development, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, and code created by Rathore Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon completion of payment, all project deliverables as outlined in the project agreement will transfer to the client. Portfolio rights to showcase completed work are retained by Rathore Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Revisions and Refunds
The number of revision rounds included in each project is specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in the individual project agreement. Deposits for custom work are generally non-refundable once development has commenced.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rathore Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Rathore Studio for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
